DealScout provides AI-generated informational analysis of M&A documents, including letters of intent, term sheets, acquisition offers, and draft purchase agreements. The service is designed to help users understand clauses, benchmark terms, and prepare negotiation points.
No professional advice
DealScout is not a law firm, investment bank, accounting practice, or regulated financial advisor. Nothing delivered by the service constitutes legal, financial, tax, or M&A advisory services. You should engage qualified advisors before signing any transaction document.
Purchases
Each DealScout analysis is sold as a one-time purchase for one document review. There is no subscription and no recurring fee. If you need a new analysis, a new purchase is required.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the document and context you submit. You must ensure that you have the right to share the information with DealScout for analysis.
Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealScout excludes liability for decisions taken on the basis of an AI-generated analysis. The service is offered on an informational basis only, without any promise of transaction outcome, negotiation result, or legal sufficiency.
